The terms for using the Optimize website and companion apps.

1. The Optimize service
These terms cover your use of Optimize at optimize.org.in and its Chrome and Windows companion apps. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Contact support@optimize.org.in if you have questions before continuing.
2. Your account and information
Use an account you are authorized to access and provide accurate information. Keep your account secure and review the content you add to profiles, resumes, applications and community posts. Do not impersonate another person or share information you are not allowed to disclose.
3. AI guidance and career decisions
AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect or incomplete. Check them before relying on them or sharing them with another person. You are responsible for your final profile, resume, application answers and career decisions. Optimize does not guarantee job matches, interview invitations, hiring, salaries or other outcomes.
4. Responsible use of companion apps
Use the Chrome extension only on websites you are permitted to access and follow each job portal’s rules. Review autofilled answers and submit applications yourself. Use Windows audio or screen context only with the necessary permission, including any relevant workplace or interview rules. Do not use assistance to misrepresent your abilities or bypass an assessment’s requirements.
5. Acceptable use and your content
Do not use Optimize for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or distributing harmful content. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls or misuse other people’s data. You keep ownership of your content and give Optimize permission to process it as needed to provide the features you choose, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Purchases and third-party services
Where paid features or purchases are offered, review the prices, applicable charges and purchase-specific cancellation or refund information shown before completing a transaction. These terms do not promise that all features are free. Third-party authentication, payment providers, job portals and other linked services have their own terms and policies.
7. Availability, changes and account access
Features can change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, compatibility or security reasons. We may restrict access where needed to address abuse or protect the service. We may update these terms as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.
8. Questions and account requests
Contact support@optimize.org.in with service questions or account requests. Account/data deletion requests may require ownership verification and are handled according to the privacy policy.
